Role Overview :

Own the global L&D charter for the company. Strengthen leadership capability,

drive performance excellence, and solve people issues with speed and clarity. Strengthen

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with Product / Engineering leaders on org design, talent gaps, and people priorities.
• Lead L&D programs : leadership development, manager capability, onboarding, and tech skill development.
• Drive performance cycles, succession planning, and talent reviews.
• Coach managers on feedback, conflict resolution, and team effectiveness.
• Use data to diagnose risks and deliver targeted interventions.
