Key Responsibilities :

• Handle and respond to leads generated through IndiaMART and other online platforms.
• Contact prospective customers via phone, WhatsApp, and email to explain product details and offers.
• Maintain daily call logs, lead reports, and follow-up schedules.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Update customer information and maintain CRM data.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships for repeat business.
• Coordinate with the marketing and dispatch teams for order follow-ups.
