Experience Required : Minimum 3 years as Sales Head in a reputed company
CTC : As per industry standards (Negotiable for the right candidate)
Reporting To : Managing Director
Key Responsibilities :
- Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand customer base (dealers / distributors / retailers / OEMs).
- Lead a national sales team — including zonal managers, territory heads, and field executives — with clear KPIs and targets.
- Establish strong distribution networks and appoint state-wise distributors and stockists.
- Design and implement incentive schemes, secondary sales targets, loyalty programs, and performance tracking.
- Monitor channel performance, collection efficiency, and market penetration.
- Ensure field team reporting via CRM or manual structured formats.
- Conduct regular market visits and competitor analysis to stay ahead.
- Work closely with marketing for campaigns, product launches, and branding activities.
- Forecasting, budgeting, and driving monthly / quarterly sales reviews with measurable outcomes.
- Coordinate with production, accounts, logistics, and dispatch teams for smooth order execution.
Required Skills & Experience :
Minimum 3 years' experience as Sales Head / GM Sales in a reputed company (Consumer Durable / Sanitaryware industry preferred).Proven track record of building channel networks and driving secondary sales.Strong leadership, team management, and analytical skills.Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.Familiarity with CRM tools, reporting dashboards, and Excel-based MIS.Must be target-oriented , process-driven, and field-active.Preferred Candidate Profile :
