Job Summary
We are looking for an Oracle Cloud CX Consultant to help public sector clients design and implement a unified data foundation for Marketing, Sales, and Service departments. The consultant will streamline operations, improve business processes, and enhance customer interactions using Oracle Cloud CX solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Assess the client's current infrastructure and identify gaps or areas for improvement.
- Design and implement Oracle Cloud CX solutions for Marketing, Sales, and Service functions.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into system configurations.
- Ensure smooth adoption of Oracle Cloud CX solutions by providing guidance, support, and best practices.
- Optimize business processes and workflows to enhance operational efficiency and customer experience.
- Conduct system testing, data validation, and troubleshooting during implementation phases.
- Provide post-implementation support and recommend enhancements to drive value realization.
Key Skills & Qualifications
Strong expertise in Oracle Cloud CX applications (Marketing, Sales, Service).Experience in public sector or government projects is preferred.Ability to assess business processes and implement cloud-based solutions.Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.Experience in data integration, system configuration, and solution optimization.Preferred / Nice-to-Have
Oracle certifications in Cloud CX modules.Exposure to multi-cloud or hybrid integration scenarios.Experience with analytics, dashboards, and reporting within Oracle CX.Skills Required
