Position Overview :

We are looking for a skilled Senior Executive - Full Stack Engineer with experience in the MERN stack to design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications. The ideal candidate should have strong problem-solving skills, a solid understanding of MVC, REST APIs, and databases, and be comfortable working in Agile environments with modern DevOps tools and best coding practices.

Key Responsibilities :

• Analytical Problem Solving : Break down complex challenges into manageable tasks and collaborate with cross-functional teams to build and enhance product features.
• High-Quality Code & Mentorship : Develop clean, scalable code aligned with best practices, conduct code reviews, and guide junior engineers to ensure technical excellence.
• Robust CI / CD & System Reliability : Implement and maintain CI / CD pipelines, monitor application health, and swiftly resolve production issues to ensure seamless deployments.
• Database Architecture & Optimization : Design efficient database schemas and write high-performance SQL queries to support scalable and responsive applications.
• Technical Strategy & Innovation : Contribute to architectural planning, stay ahead of emerging technologies, and drive continuous improvements in user experience and engineering practices.

Skills we seek :

○ Proficient in MERN stack with 3–5 years of experience in Node.js, Express.js, React, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.

○ Strong grasp of MVC, REST APIs, data structures, and relational databases.

○ Writes clean, maintainable code with strong problem-solving and teamwork skills.

○ Familiar with Agile, microservices, Git, VS Code, AWS, CI / CD, and shell scripting.
