Role Description

This is a full-time on-site Audit Associate role at Xret Analytics in Ernakulam. The Audit Associate will prepare financial statements per IFRS, ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, support the onsite audit team, and update data in CaseWare.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Knowledge of accounting principles, auditing standards, and regulatory requirements
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with a keen attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, manage multiple tasks simultaneously and meet tight deadlines
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Excel and Word
• Strong work ethic, integrity, and professionalism
• ACCA Part-Qualified or CA Intermediate certifications are preferred
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken, is required
