Job descriptionPreparation and development of Electrical Low Voltage (ELV) system design and shop drawings including : Fire Alarm System CCTV & Surveillance System Access Control & Door Interlocking System Public Address & Voice Alarm System Networking / Data & Telephone IBMS / BMS / LMS Parking Management System Preparation of Single Line Diagrams (SLD), containment layouts, schematic diagrams, cable routing & BOQ. Coordination with clients, consultants, the internal project execution team, and vendors for finalisation and approvals. Review and update design documents, compliance sheets, and technical submissions. Ensure design accuracy as per applicable standards, local codes, and consultant requirements. Support during site execution and provide technical clarification. Responsible for submission and approval of drawings and material submittals. Participate in project meetings and support estimation teams when required. Excellent knowledge of Electrical / ELV system design concepts. Strong hands-on experience in AutoCAD 2D (AutoCAD certification is preferred). Good understanding of industry standards and specifications. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Good written and verbal communication. Experience in Revit / BIM environment. Exposure to building services and construction workflow. As per company standard / based on experience & interview performance.
