About the Role
The Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process , ensuring the organization attracts, hires, and retains the best talent. Key Responsibilities
1. End-to-End Recruitment
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for various roles (IT / Non-IT / Leadership / Volume hiring).
- Identify job requirements and draft clear job descriptions with hiring managers.
- Source, screen, and shortlist candidates through job portals, internal databases, referrals, and social networks.
2. Candidate Sourcing & Screening
Use advanced Boolean search techniques for targeted talent sourcing.Conduct initial HR interviews to assess skills, experience, and cultural fit.Evaluate candidate applications and create strong talent pipelines.3. Interview Coordination
Schedule interviews with hiring managers and department heads.Guide candidates through the interview process and ensure smooth communication.Collect interview feedback and ensure timely follow-ups.4. Offer Management & Onboarding
Conduct salary discussions and negotiate offers within company guidelines.Prepare offer letters and coordinate pre-joining formalities.Work closely with HR Operations for seamless onboarding.5. Recruitment Strategy & Reporting

Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.1–5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment.Strong knowledge of job portals (Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, etc.).Experience managing multiple roles simultaneously.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Good negotiation and relationship-building abilities.Ability to work in a fast-paced and target-driven environment.Preferred Skills (Optional)
