Key Responsibilities :
Manage day-to-day accounting operations including accounts payable accounts receivable and general ledger.
Prepare and maintain financial records invoices and purchase orders.
Reconcile bank statements and vendor accounts.
Assist in monthly quarterly and annual financial closing.
Handle GST TDS and other statutory compliance.
Coordinate with sales procurement and production teams for accurate cost tracking.
Support external audits and prepare required documentation.
Required Skills :
Strong knowledge of accounting principles and taxation.
Proficiency in accounting software (e.g. Tally ERP systems or QuickBooks).
Good Excel and reporting skills.
Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
