Job descriptionSomeone obsessed with visual storytelling & aesthetics Solid understanding of color theory, typography & composition Ability to think conceptually—not just decorate Basic animation / video editing knowledge is a plus Good communication & teamwork skills Adobe Photoshop Adobe Illustrator Figma / Canva (bonus but welcome) After Effects / Premier Pro (bonus) Real-time brand design & campaign strategy Creative feedback loops & design thinking High-performance creative execution for big brands Working in a fast-paced agency environment Building a strong portfolio & industry network

What You Will Work On
- Social media creatives, campaigns, carousels & reels graphics
- Branding collaterals : logos, brochures, festival posts, ads, pitch decks
- Website banners, UI-driven visuals & landing page graphics
- Designing for live client projects and creative brainstorming
- Working closely with the design lead, copywriters & marketing teams
