Job descriptionHigh technical competency in SAP system coding, testing, and troubleshooting Skilled in advanced excel operations and DBMS Minimum educational qualification : Graduate (preferably STEM domain) Desirable qualification : SAP Certification from authorised partner Minimum 3-5 years of previous work experience in an educational institution Excellent written and verbal communication skills (proficient in Kannada and English) Ability to work with diverse teams Proven abilities in critical thinking, decision making, and problem-solving Commitment to high performance
Role Description
- Facilitate and support all SAP entries done by program office team and faculty members
- Coordinate with central SAP / RVIC team for quick and accurate execution
- Ensure that the course mapping, module booking, and assessment booking process is efficient
- Ensure a smooth process of CIE marks entry
- Ensure a smooth process of SEE marks entry
- Facilitate the implementation of SAP led LMS in RVU
- Continuous review and upgrade of SAP interface
- All SAP related trouble-shooting
