Affiliate & Retention Manager (Igaming)

We are looking for a specialist who can combine partner management with player retention. A strong understanding of the iGaming market, analytics, and effective communication is essential.

Responsibilities :

• manage affiliate partners : acquisition, negotiations, and traffic optimization;
• analyze channels and performance metrics, prepare reports;
• develop and launch retention campaigns, player segmentation;
• work with bonuses, promotions, reactivation, and LTV growth;
• jointly optimize the acquisition and retention funnel.
