Role Description :

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Business Development Executive – Talent & Events, based in Mumbai with flexibility for some remote work. The role involves identifying new business opportunities, generating leads, building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, and managing accounts. You will collaborate with the internal team to develop strategies that attract talent and clients, ensuring the growth and success of the platform's services.

Role Responsibilities :

• Actively reach out to casting directors, production houses, bars, clubs, and event organisers to onboard their casting calls and event requirements onto our platform.
• Secure introductory calls, meetings, and follow-ups with potential clients.
• Maintain relationships with partners and help guide them on how to use the platform.
• Identify new opportunities for collaboration and outreach across entertainment, events, and nightlife industries.
• Work closely with our internal team to share market feedback and help improve our offerings.
