deep Automotive / Technical experience and quality

Technical University degree or equivalent experience and Technical Certification, Lean certification (nice to have)

Robust knowledge of the Lean / Agile for identifying Skills Matrix, conducting gap analysis and performing improvement

Process designing and improvements

Consistent knowledge and written communication skills for writing operational working guidelines (processes handbook)

Excellent in coaching

People oriented and team builder

Data driven approach : experience in Business Intelligence to leverage data to findings, ensuring continuous improvement actions

Problem solving, results oriented, proactive and customer oriented

Organized

Comfortable working under pressure

Fluent in English, other languages (nice to have)
