Role Overview

As a Technical Recruiter, you will be responsible for sourcing, engaging, and hiring top tech talent to support our product and engineering teams. This is a strategic position with direct impact on company growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and attract qualified tech candidates
• Conduct initial candidate screening and tech evaluations
• Manage the end-to-end hiring lifecycle
• Collaborate with hiring managers for requirement alignment
• Build strong talent pipelines for future needs
• Coordinate interviews & handle offer negotiations
• Ensure smooth onboarding experience Required
