We are seeking an experienced Senior Bid Specialist to lead and manage complex, high-value bids and proposals across domestic and international markets. This role involves coordinating with cross-functional teams, ensuring compliance with RFP / RFI requirements, and delivering compelling, client-focused proposals that align with our strategic business goals.
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead end-to-end bid management process for RFPs, RFIs, RFQs, and EOIs.
- Analyze tender documents to understand customer requirements and develop tailored response strategies.
- Collaborate with sales, technical, legal, finance, and delivery teams to gather and validate inputs for proposals.
- Write and edit high-quality content for proposals, executive summaries, and supporting documentation.
- Ensure timely submission of proposals with strict adherence to deadlines and client specifications.
- Maintain and update a bid library with reusable content, case studies, and past submissions.
- Conduct bid / no-bid evaluations and risk assessments in collaboration with leadership.
- Coordinate post-bid activities including client debriefs and lessons learned sessions.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitive intelligence, and proposal best practices.
- Support continuous improvement of bid processes, templates, and tools.
Required Skills & Qualifications :
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, Engineering, or a related field.8+ears of proven experience in bid / proposal management, ideally in the IT, cybersecurity, or consulting domains.Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail.Ability to manage multiple bids simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.Familiarity with government and enterprise procurement processes.Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Word and PowerPoint; experience with bid management tools is a plus.Strong organizational, project management, and stakeholder engagement abilities.Preferred Experience :
Exposure to international bidding, including working with global sales and delivery teams.Experience responding to large-scale bids from State and Federal clients or government entities.
