Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Article Trainee role located in Bengaluru. As an Article Trainee, you will assist with conducting financial audits, preparing reports, and supporting tax compliance and regulatory filings. You will gain hands-on experience in internal audits, financial analysis, and accounting standards. The role involves working closely with senior team members to understand business requirements and deliver solutions. You will also be exposed to diverse projects in management consultancy and audit processes.

Qualifications

Strong foundational knowledge in accounting principles, financial reporting, and Indian taxation laws.

Skills in financial analysis, auditing, and compliance with standards such as IGAAP, Ind AS, and IFRS.

Attention to detail, analytical thinking, and the ability to identify and resolve discrepancies in financial data.

Strong communication and teamwork skills for collaborating with senior professionals and clients.

Proficiency in MS Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and familiarity with audit tools is a plus.

Enrolled in or completed CA Intermediate (IPCC) as per ICAI regulations.

A proactive attitude, willingness to learn, and the ability to adapt to dynamic client requirements.
