Informatica PowerCenter

Key Responsibilities :

• Design, develop, test, and deploy ETL workflows and mappings using Informatica PowerCenter .
• Perform data extraction, transformation, and loading from various sources (RDBMS, flat files, XML, cloud sources).
• Optimize ETL performance through pushdown optimization, partitioning, and tuning transformations.
• Collaborate with data architects, analysts, and business users to understand requirements and translate them into ETL solutions.
• Implement error handling, logging, and data validation processes.
• Maintain documentation for ETL design, mappings, workflows, and data dictionaries.
• Troubleshoot data issues, resolve production problems, and support data reconciliation.
• Integrate with relational databases such as Oracle, SQL Server, PostgreSQL , and cloud databases .
• Work with job schedulers like Control-M , Tivoli , or Autosys to manage ETL job execution.
