Instawork is looking for an Executive Assistant to CEO / Office Manager for the Bangalore location. 4+ years of experience in supporting a fast paced, high growth team. You will be the person who keeps our offices running and enables our employees to focus on their roles for our Bangalore office.
What you’ll do :
Executive Assistant to CEO
- Assist the CEO with daily administrative duties.
- Manage calendar for the CEO, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and conference calls.
- Manage all aspects of business travel arrangements such as booking flights and stays, preparing travel itineraries, transportation, reservations, making changes as needed and submitting expense reports.
- Maintain strict confidentiality relating to business and personal dealings.
Office Manager
Own day-to-day functions and facilities at the Bangalore office(maintaining common area and conference room furniture & equipment, including audio / video)Manage maintenance, security, and cleanliness of office locations to ensure employees are greeted with a clean working environment.Proactively manage vendor services and office supplies (property, furniture, snack program, custodial, etc.)Maintain office and facilities budgets in partnership with FinanceCoordinate space planning and employee seatingCoordinate with the facility staffTimely response to service requests (ticketing) assigned to the facilities queue.Address other ad hoc projects directed by IT, People, and Finance.Operate as a cultural steward supporting various company eventsWho you are :
