Role Details : Job Summary

The Growth Associate will play a crucial role in supporting the founder and the executive team. You will be expected to handle diverse tasks that contribute to the effective functioning of the office, demonstrating strong communication and organizational skills. This is a full-time position requiring in-person attendance in HSR Layout.

Responsibilities

• User Acquisition in US through multiple channels like Tiktok, Reddit, X, LinkedIn
• ⁠Handle End-to-end Influencer campaigns.
• ⁠ Take care of product experience & optimise as per feedback
• Conduct research and provide insights on various topics as assigned.
• ⁠Take ownership to handle whatever does not work.
