Requirements

JOB LOCATION : Bangalore

QUALIFICATION REQUIRED : B. Tech / B.E. from reputed institutes

EMPLOYMENT TYPE : Full Time

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED : 7-9 years of hands-on experience in pharma life science analytics, supporting Commercial and Sales functions. In-depth understanding of Pharma Commercial operations, US / EU Healthcare data sets (e.G., IQVIA, Symphony, Claims data), and commercial KPIs. Proficiency in designing, developing, and deploying dashboarding, data visualizations, and analytics using business intelligence platforms such as Tableau, Power BI or Qlik Sense / QlikView. Strong SQL knowledge.

Job Description

Key Responsibilities

1. Client Engagement & Account Management

• Account Ownership : Manage end-to-end relationships for key pharmaceutical accounts, ensuring high client satisfaction, retention, and account growth.
• Consultative Partnering : Act as a strategic advisor to client stakeholders (Brand Managers, Commercial Operations Heads), translating their business questions into analytical roadmaps.
• Project Delivery : Oversee the delivery of BI dashboards, Adhoc analytics projects and commercial insights. Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and with impeccable quality.
