Responsibilities

• Client Relationship Management : Serve as the primary point of contact for key client stakeholders.
• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients.
• Business Development : Identify new opportunities within existing accounts and drive account expansion.
• Collaborate with internal teams to develop proposals and solutions aligned with client needs.
• Revenue Growth : Achieve assigned revenue and profitability targets.
• Negotiate contracts and close deals effectively .
• Delivery Oversight : Ensure successful delivery of projects and services.
• Act as an escalation point for client issues and work with delivery teams to resolve them.
• Strategic Planning : Develop account plans and strategies to achieve growth objectives.
• Provide market insights and feedback to internal teams for solution development.
