We are looking for an experienced MEP Quantity Surveyor to join our team for a Commercial Building Project (High-Rise / Corporate / Mixed-Use) .
📍 Location : [Gurgaon / Site Based]
🕒 Employment Type : Contractual
🔹 Key Responsibilities :
- Prepare and review BOQs, cost estimates, and commercial documentation
- Perform quantity take-offs for HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, ELV, and Fire-Fighting services
- Review and verify bills, variations, and rate analysis
- Support tendering activities : RFQs, bid evaluation & awarding
- Track project costs, prepare commercial reports, and forecast budgets
- Coordinate with site, planning, engineering, and procurement teams
