Senior IT Administrator – O365, JAMF & Intune (macOS + Windows)

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead and manage IT support functions with a focus on Apple device ecosystems (macOS, iOS) , Microsoft O365 , and Microsoft Intune for cross-platform device management.
• Provide end-to-end support for Apple devices, including provisioning, onboarding, and troubleshooting using JAMF Pro and / or Intune for macOS .
• Administer and maintain JAMF and Intune platforms, ensuring consistent policy enforcement, security compliance, and efficient lifecycle management across all endpoints.
• Manage the Microsoft 365 environment including Exchange Online, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint, Azure AD, Microsoft Defender for Endpoint, and Purview for compliance.
• Configure and enforce security policies, conditional access, MFA, DLP, and data retention across all user and device types.
• Collaborate with IT teams to support hybrid ecosystems (macOS, Windows, iOS), including configuration of VPNs, networking, and SSO integrations.
• Troubleshoot complex incidents across device, application, and cloud environments, conduct root cause analysis, and ensure permanent resolutions.
• Mentor junior IT staff on macOS / iOS support, Office 365 administration, Intune configurations, and general IT troubleshooting.
• Oversee IT asset management , software distribution, patch management, and license compliance across platforms.
• Participate in and provide subject matter expertise for cross-functional projects involving endpoint security, infrastructure upgrades, and compliance readiness.
