About the Role
We are looking for a ServiceNow Developer with strong hands-on experience in Mobile App Development , UI Builder , APR (App Engine Process) , Service Catalog items , and multiple form customizations . The candidate should be able to build scalable solutions, integrate applications, and support end-to-end ServiceNow implementations.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and configure ServiceNow Mobile Apps using Mobile Studio / Mobile App Builder.
- Build custom experiences using UI Builder, Workspaces, and Experience Framework .
- Implement and configure APR (App Engine Process Automation) workflows.
- Create and enhance Service Catalog items, Order Guides, and Record Producers .
- Develop and customize forms , including Client Scripts, UI Policies, UI Actions, Business Rules, and Script Includes.
- Build integrations using REST / SOAP APIs , MID Server, Integration Hub, and Flow Designer.
- Analyze requirements, design technical solutions, and deliver high-quality development.
- Debug issues, perform root cause analysis, and ensure platform optimization.
- Support platform upgrades, testing, migrations, and deployments.
- Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams (QA, Product Owners, Infra, Architects).
Required Skills
4–6 years of hands-on experience as a ServiceNow Developer.Strong experience in ServiceNow Mobile App Development .Hands-on expertise with UI Builder and Workspace customizations.Solid understanding of APR / App Engine Process Automation .Experience with Service Catalog , form development, and workflows.Strong knowledge of JavaScript , Glide APIs, Script Includes, and Flow Designer.Experience integrating systems using REST / SOAP APIs.Good understanding of Agile methodology.Strong communication and problem-solving skills.Good to Have
ServiceNow CSA certification (preferred).CIS certification (ITSM / CSM / App Engine) is an advantage.Knowledge of App Engine Studio, ATF, Scoped Apps, and ACLs.
