Cre8r.ai is building one of the most advanced influencer analytics and marketing platforms in the rapidly evolving Creator Economy. We’re looking for a dynamic business leader who can own and scale the Sales / BD function for our SaaS product — Cre8r.ai’s influencer analytics platform.

This is a hybrid front facing role that combines Sales / BD ownership and automation-driven lead generation to drive measurable growth and market expansion.

Key Outcomes

  • Own, lead and grow the SaaS subscription revenues month-on-month toward predictable, scalable performance.
  • Drive qualified lead generation using automation and AI-powered tools.
  • Understand and execute GTM, pricing and positioning strategy for India and international markets.
  • Partner with leadership on strategic partnerships and expansion initiatives.

Who You Are

  • 3-5 years of experience in SaaS, MarTech, or Growth roles with proven business impact.
  • Strong grasp of subscription models, revenue levers and automation tools (Apollo, Dripify, PhantomBuster, Expandi, etc.).
  • Understanding or familiarity with the Creator Economy, D2C ecosystem and digital agencies.
  • Data-driven, entrepreneurial and hands-on with CRM, outreach, and pipeline management.
  • You’ve owned sales numbers end-to-end.
