Position Summary

We are looking for Senior Manager, Analytics with strong analytical and logical thinking. Candidate should oversee and develop analytics service offering and develop, execute and optimize strategies. This role may include direct management of team member(s) and oversee team deliverables. Key Responsibilities

• Guide the team members, typically comprising first-line managers and supervisors
• Ensuring clarity around priorities and goals for the entire functional area
• Develop business opportunities
• Working across functions with peers in other groups to ensure collaboration for shared goals
• Working with senior management and other peers for strategy development and execution planning
• Monitor performance, conduct the evaluation and take corrective actions when necessary
• Create goals for the broader function and work with managers to ensure the goals cascade to all workers
• Prepare industry level / research reports which benefit client and organization
• Design user-flow strategies and recommend changes for optimal consumer experience
• Ability to analyze and create holistic dashboards / reports by pulling data from different data sources and present to senior clients
• Design and build dashboards and other visualizations using data visualization tools like Tableau
