About the Role : Own product outcomes for provider-facing workflows while serving as the primary business owner for strategic hospital accounts. Blend roadmap leadership with day-to-day account success to drive adoption, reliability, and revenue expansion.
Roles & Responsibilities :
- Run account plans for top providers : governance, adoption, renewals, and expansions.
- Translate customer problems into crisp PRDs, KPIs, and release plans with Eng, Data, and Ops.
- Discover, define, and deliver product improvements across provider journeys from intake to settlement.
- Triage and resolve production issues with clear SLAs and comms;
drive root-cause and prevention.
Analyze funnels and reliability metrics to prioritize backlog and de-risk launches.Lead stakeholder alignment across Product, Support, CSM, and external partners.Requirements :
5+ years of experience in account management, customer success, or enterprise sales, preferably in health-tech, SaaS, or healthcare services.Proven experience managing large, complex B2B accounts with multiple stakeholders.Strong knowledge of hospital operations and enterprise healthcare workflows.Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.Proactive problem-solving mindset and a track record of driving strategic account growth.Willingness to travel across regions on a need basis for account engagement.#EMR #HIMS #accountmanager #healthtech #HMS
