Now Hiring : Inside Sales Specialist (Work from Office)

Compensation : Annual CTC : INR 3.6 – 4.2 LPA + performance-based incentives

Location : Hustle HUB, HSR Layout, Bengaluru

Work Schedule : 6 days a week

About the Role

We are looking for driven and enthusiastic Inside Sales Specialists to join our expanding team. You will spend your day interacting with parents across geographies, leading customer acquisition efforts, and helping grow our customer base.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to start a career in Ed Tech or transition into a high-growth sales environment. You will be working closely with experienced leaders in a fast-paced, dynamic setup.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage inbound and outbound calls with parents across various regions.
  • Drive customer acquisition and manage the end-to-end sales cycle.
  • Identify and expand potential customer opportunities through proactive outreach.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets while supporting overall team goals.

Requirements

  • Basic English communication skills.
  • Knowledge of Hindi, Kannada, or any other regional language is an added advantage.
  • Strong interpersonal and customer engagement abilities.
  • A hustler mindset with the willingness to work in a goal-oriented environment.
