Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Manager Client Servicing and New Business Development at our New branch office in Gurgaon. The Manager will be responsible for building and maintaining client relations, overseeing client services, ensuring customer satisfaction, and managing communications. The role requires overseeing client projects, identifying new business opportunities, and driving customer service excellence. Qualifications Proficiency in Client Services, Client Relations, and Customer Service Strong skills in Communication and Customer Satisfaction Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills Ability to work on-site in Gurgaon and manage client interactions effectively Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field Previous experience in event management or a similar field is a plus Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
