Job descriptionMust To Have Skills : Proficiency in Salesforce Lightning Web Components. Strong understanding of web development principles and best practices. Experience with JavaScript frameworks and libraries. Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management tools. Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently. The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Salesforce Lightning Web Components. This position is based at our Bengaluru office. A 15 years full time education is required.
Roles & Responsibilities :
- Expected to be an SME.
- Collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing and best practices within the team to enhance overall performance.
- Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders ensuring alignment with project objectives.
