Assistant General Manager - Operations

We are looking for an Experienced Assistant General Manager - Operations for our India Business.

Key roles and responsibilities :

• Planning the operation and function of the area over which the manager is assigned.
• Responsible to accomplish the goals for which he or she is responsible.
• Organize and implement the production of the work, workforce, training, and resources in a way that accomplishes the desired and required outcomes to meet the goals.
• Ensure the satisfaction of Clients and maintain a good relation by ensuring best quality of food and service.
• Provide the employees with enough guidance, direction, leadership, and support necessary to ensure that they can accomplish their goals.
• Promotion of sales with official contacts and customer relations which are developed during the operations.
• Monitor and follow up to ensure that the plan to achieve the goals is being carried out in such a way that its accomplishment is assured.
• Evaluate, review, and assign the success of the goals, plans and the allocation of the employees and their resources.
• To be a proficient leader who can motivate employees to perform at their highest capabilities.
• Ensure maximum retention of trained manpower to avoid excess training cost and ensure scheduled training completed on time.
• Ensure all sub vendors, if available is producing the quality products as per the standard of agreement made with Clients / vendors.
• Analyse the Profit and Loss Account details every month and make remedial steps to increase profit margin without compromising quality of products.
• Perform other responsibilities as assigned by the Partners / senior managers to whom the manager reports.

What's required :

10+years in of experience preferred from Food Services, Catering, Banquet, Hotel Management and Hospitality.

Services / FMCG / Manufacturing Industry :

Working experience with MS Excel and ERP Tools

Good Communication and Interpersonal Skills
