Position Summary : Role Overview :

We are looking for a strategic communications professional to set the strategic direction and drive communication for McDonalds Global Office in Hyderabad and will lead employee and external communications for the site. This role will be crucial in building McDonalds employer brand, recruiting strong talent, connecting the global office team with the global McDonalds System to drive integrated services, and showcasing the offices value and innovations to stakeholders worldwide.

Key Responsibilities :

Strategy and Narrative :

• Develop and execute a communications strategy that builds awareness and understanding of the offices mission, capabilities, and achievements both within Hyderabad and across the McDonalds System.
• Develop and execute compelling narratives that showcase our talent, innovations, and impact to help position the center as a strategic asset for McDonald's global business.
• Collaborate with global communications teams to ensure consistent messaging while adapting for local context.
