What you’ll work on

• Design and develop integration solutions using HL7, FHIR, DICOM and REST APIs to connect multiple healthcare and backend systems.
• Build and maintain integrations with EHR, LIS, PACS and other clinical / operational systems such as Epic, Cerner, NextGen, eClinicalWorks or similar platforms.
• Implement and configure integration engines and middleware (e.g. Mirth, BizTalk, Rhapsody, custom Node.js microservices) for data exchange and workflow automation.
• Own end-to-end data mapping, transformation and validation across formats such as HL7 v2.x, FHIR resources, DICOM, XML and JSON.
• Ensure data accuracy, compliance and security of patient data, including HIPAA-aligned access control, logging and encryption within cloud environments.
• Collaborate closely with product, clinical, implementation and customer teams to understand workflows and deliver robust, scalable integration solutions.
• Participate in design reviews, code reviews and best-practice documentation for interoperability and backend integration patterns.
