Team Leadership & Management : Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of Inside Sales Representatives to achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets.
Performance Management : Set clear performance expectations, conduct regular coaching sessions, provide constructive feedback, and conduct performance reviews.
Sales Strategy & Execution : Contribute to and execute inside sales strategies to generate leads, qualify opportunities, and close deals efficiently.
Pipeline Management : Oversee the team's sales pipeline, ensuring accurate forecasting, efficient progression of leads, and effective CRM utilization (e. , Salesforce, HubSpot).
Process Optimization : Identify opportunities to improve inside sales processes, scripts, and tools to enhance efficiency and conversion rates.
Reporting & Analysis : Monitor key sales metrics, analyze team performance data, and prepare regular reports for senior management.
Training & Development : Identify training needs and organize development programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of the sales team.
Collaboration : Work closely with marketing, product, and other sales teams to ensure alignment and maximize sales opportunities.
Required Skills & Qualifications :
2+ years of proven experience in an Inside Sales leadership role, with a track record of achieving sales targets.
Demonstrated ability to lead, coach, and develop a sales team.
Strong understanding of inside sales processes, methodologies, and best practices.
Proficiency in CRM software (e. , Salesforce, HubSpot) for pipeline management and reporting.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret sales data.
Highly organized, self-motivated, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
Master's / Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
