Job descriptionFormulate, implement, and update HR Policies, POSH compliance and awareness programs. Ensure adherence to HR governance, statutory requirements, and ethical practices across all sites. Prepare and manage the HR Budget for corporate, factory, and site operations. Manpower planning, and resource allocation. Drive a performance management culture , enabling continuous feedback and performance excellence. Prepare and propose annual merit increments . Introduce and manage a mid-year performance review process . Manage Industrial Relations (IR) and oversee coordination with external consultants as required. Insure Employee engagement imitative and implement actionable improvements. Lead grievance management , ensuring fair and timely resolution of issues. Insure employee retention Strategy for right talents. Aligned training & development initiatives with capability building. Oversee talent management , succession planning, drive talent management Process and succussion planning. Ensure effective administration / facility management systems across office, factory, and site locations. Insure all statutory and labour law related compliances. Strong leadership and team management capabilities. Expertise in HR strategy, policies, performance management, IR, and compliance. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to handle sensitive issues with professionalism and confidentiality. Strong analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving skills. Experience working with senior leadership and cross-functional teams. MBA HR or equivalent. 12–15 years of HR experience, with at least 3–5 years in a Similar role would be preferred. Experience in manufacturing, engineering, construction, or multi-site operations preferred.

Job Overview
The HR & Admin Head is responsible for leading the organization’s Human Resources and Administration functions, driving culture, transformation, employee experience, compliance, and workforce planning. This role plays a strategic part in aligning HR initiatives with business goals while ensuring smooth HR operations across corporate, factory, and site locations.
