About the Role :

Pinkvilla is looking for a Senior Creative Producer- Social Video to lead the ideation, scripting, and production of engaging video content across Pinkvilla’s social platforms. The ideal candidate should bring strong creative instincts, digital-first storytelling skills, and hands-on production experience to deliver content that resonates with diverse audiences.

Key Responsibilities :

• Conceptualize & Produce : Develop original video concepts and scripts tailored for Pinkvilla’s digital platforms, ensuring alignment with brand tone, audience interests, and platform-specific formats.
• End-to-End Production : Oversee all aspects of video creation — from ideation, research, scripting, and storyboarding to on-ground production and post-production.
• Cross-Team Collaboration : Work closely with editorial, creative, and social media teams to plan and execute a content calendar aligned with current trends and platform insights.
• Post-Production Supervision : Partner with video editors to guide the editing process, ensuring strong storytelling, quality output, and brand consistency.
• Platform Optimization : Monitor performance analytics across platforms;

use insights to refine content strategy, enhance engagement, and optimize titles, thumbnails, captions, and tags for maximum reach.
