We are seeking a Customer Support Operations to join our team and drive the growth of our rewards based app. You will play a critical role in ensuring smooth experience of users and clients associated with the brand.
Responsibilities :
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, or a related field.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to address customer issues effectively.
Proficiency in tools like Excel, CRM software, and analytics platforms.
Good verbal and written communication skills.
Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
A proactive and solution-oriented mindset.
Basic understanding of performance marketing or affiliate marketing is a plus.
Requirements :
Manage backend and frontend operations of the product.
Set up new campaigns on the platform, ensuring proper configurations and compliance with client requirements.
Monitor campaign performance metrics and ensure smooth operation, flagging any issues as needed.
Address customer queries promptly and effectively via email, chat, or calls, ensuring high satisfaction levels.
Collaborate with the sales and operations teams to resolve client or user concerns.
Analyze operational data to identify trends, troubleshoot issues, and provide actionable insights.
Maintain documentation for processes, client interactions, and operational tasks.
Provide feedback to improve workflows and customer support processes.
Assist in testing and quality assurance for new features or updates on the platform.
Work Timing / Schedule :
Monday - Friday : 9 : 30 AM to 6 PM
Saturday : 2-3 hours across day work from home
