Senior Consultant

Job Requirement - At least 7 years of relevant experience

• Master’s degree in business management or human resources
• Demonstrated ability in selling and delivering across most areas of Work & Rewards i.E. Competencies, leadership, advisory, transformation, PMS, Careers, OD, Manpower, Data, Rewards Design, Executive Compensation and Job Evaluation etc
• Demonstrated ability in developing and participating in business presentations
• Demonstrated capacity to propose and win profitable new business
• Demonstrated ability to build strong client and associate working relationships
• Able to produce high quality written work, such as business reports or proposals
• Able to convey ideas in coherent, fluent and logical manner
• Leading projects across Work and Rewards, etc
• Understanding Project management, Client management and Sales / Bend for sales
• Proven project management skills
• Demonstrated ability to lead and develop a team of high performing consulting professionals
• Self-driven achiever with a value for teamwork, collaboration, decisiveness, integrity in all that is done
• Strong working knowledge of the following PC-based software applications for analysis and reporting : Excel, Word, PowerPoint
• Preferable to have high attention to detail and quantitative ability
