Responsibilities :
- End-to-End Sales Management :
- Lead the full sales cycle, from lead generation and qualification to deal closure, focusing on large ticket sizes.
- B2B SaaS Solution Sales :
- Target BFSI clients to sell GreyLabs AI’s solutions, leveraging past experience to understand client needs and propose tailored solutions.
- Product Demonstrations :
- Conduct compelling product demos, showcasing technical features and use cases relevant to BFSI companies.
- Technical Understanding :
- Navigate technical discussions effectively, addressing client queries and communicating product capabilities clearly.
- Client Relationship Management :
- Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients, ensuring their requirements are met throughout the sales cycle.
- Collaborate with Internal Teams :
- Work closely with product, tech, and customer success teams to align solutions with customer requirements and ensure seamless onboarding.
- Adapt Sales Strategies :
- Adjust sales strategies based on customer feedback, market trends, and product enhancements.
- Stay Updated on Industry Trends :
- Maintain strong industry knowledge, including competitive offerings, market conditions, and compliance norms in BFSI.
Qualifications :
Experience :2+ years of experience in selling B2B SaaS software, preferably to BFSI clients.Prior experience working in an early-stage startup is a must.Sales Expertise :Proven track record of managing and closing large deals end-to-end.Ability to handle the entire sales cycle independently.Technical Know-How :Proficient in delivering product demos and handling technical discussions, including familiarity with technical jargon and information security norms in BFSI.Proficiency in CRM tools, sales automation software, G Suite, and other sales-related tech tools.Educational Background :Bachelor’s degree in Engineering and Masters in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field is preferred.Sales Metrics :Achieve defined sales KPIs, including quarterly revenue targets, conversion rates, and pipeline growth.Soft Skills :Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.Proactive, Ownership, Adaptable, resilient, and customer-focused approach, suited for a fast-paced startup environment.Travel Requirements :Willingness to travel as needed for client meetings, events, or demonstrations.What We Offer :
