SAP ERP Business Systems Analyst

Business Analyst - PAN INDIA (Hyderabad, Bangalore, Chennai, Kolkata, Pune, Mumbai)

Key responsibilities -

• Masters or Bachelor's degree in Business, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Technology, Computer Science or other related fields preferred. Will accept suitable combination of education and experience.
• 5+ years of working as Business Analyst in Manufacturing domain.
• Exposure to SAP ERP process across SD, MM, P2P, FICO, FI etc, S / 4HANA, ARIBA, CFIN etc.
• Experience defining solutions for Data analytics, reporting & AI.
• Understanding of Data modeling, SQL queries.
• Excellent problem-solving and interpersonal communication skills
• Requirement gathering, writing BRDs, working closely with business stakeholders, data validation, testing, conducting UATs.
• Prepare presentations, map business processes to SAP processes. Act as Bridge between business and technical teams.
• End to end ownership of solution deliverables.
• Proven ability to deliver on commitments
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment
• Business process acumen and ability to map processes to data models and architectures
• Working understanding of Agile methodologies and principles such as Scrum, LEAN, Kanban, and XP Programming, and how they’re applied in workplace culture

Note : Experience in Manufacturing Domain is Mandatory.
