Role Overview

The Surveyor will support the Retail Leasing team by collecting managing and analysing market data across conventional and non-conventional real estate segments. The role demands strong execution capabilities attention to detail and the ability to work independently while collaborating with internal stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

Market Intelligence & Data Management

• Conduct market surveys and collect data related to commercial real estate especially retail segments
• Maintain and periodically update databases of properties developers landlords and transactions
• Track retail developments including tenant mix floor-wise stacking rental trends capital values CAM charges.
• Monitor and document real estate transactions and deal details across Delhi NCR
• Prepare mapping drawings for active reports
