💰 Pay Range : ₹25,000 – ₹40,000 (Based on experience & performance)

🧩 Experience : 1 to 4 years in Sales, Business Development, or Marketing (Interior Design / Architecture industry preferred)

Job Brief

We are seeking a proactive Sales & Marketing Executive to join the Wagma Designs team.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for lead generation, client interaction, sales coordination, marketing campaigns, and brand visibility activities. A passion for interiors and a strong command of sales communication are essential.

Duties & Responsibilities (Key Result Areas)

Sales Responsibilities

Generate qualified leads through online research, platforms, networking, and events

Handle client inquiries professionally and schedule meetings

Maintain and update CRM / database of leads and prospects

Coordinate discovery calls, meetings, and follow-ups

Track sales pipeline and ensure timely conversion from inquiry to closure

Prepare weekly sales reports and performance updates

Marketing Responsibilities

Assist in planning & executing digital / offline marketing campaigns

Coordinate with design & social media teams for creatives and content

Support the creation of marketing materials (brochures, presentations, posts)

Plan and schedule photo / video shoots for brand visibility

Increase social media engagement and online presence

Market Research & Events

Conduct market research and competitor analysis

Identify new business opportunities & collaboration channels

Support in events, exhibitions, and promotional activities

Ensure branding materials are ready and showcased effectively

Qualifications & Skills

Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or relevant field

Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and digital marketing basics

Excellent communication, coordination, and client presentation skills

Strong follow-up and negotiation abilities

Ability to multitask and meet deadlines
