What You’ll Do

Lead Talent Strategy – End-to-end recruitment for technical, managerial, and leadership positions

Build Elite Teams – Source and hire architects, project managers, engineers, and corporate professionals

Drive Hiring Excellence – Manage 30+ open positions across multiple locations and departments

Execute Headhunting – Identify and engage top passive talent through strategic sourcing and direct outreach

Work with Hiring Targets – Meet monthly / quarterly recruitment goals with efficiency and quality

Create Talent Pipelines – Develop robust candidate networks for current and future needs

Partner with Leadership – Collaborate with department heads on workforce planning and hiring strategies

Enhance Employer Brand – Position Acme Interiors as the employer of choice in the industry

We're Looking For

8+ years of talent acquisition and recruitment experience

Industry Expertise in architecture, engineering, construction, or related technical fields

Leadership Excellence in managing recruitment teams and processes

Sourcing Mastery across multiple channels - LinkedIn, job boards, executive search

Stakeholder Management with exceptional communication and relationship-building skills

Education : MBA / PGDM in HR or equivalent professional qualification

Technical Skills We Value
