What makes the role meaty?

  • Infuse the entire recruitment process with energy that rivals a rock concert while maintaining professionalism
  • Partner with business leaders from all the departments to deeply understand their talent needs
  • Skilfully manage candidate pipelines, ensuring each candidate’s journey is enchanting and seamless
  • Find out innovative sourcing strategies to attract candidates from within the marketplace in a cost-effective manner.
  • Collaborate with department leads to understand their needs, all while throwing in a sprinkle of your recruitment magic to redefine those needs.
  • Build and manage relations with all stakeholders to provide proactive and exceptional solutions to the problems while ensuring a positive image and awareness on the hiring.
  • Perform direct sourcing of talent through relevant pipelines and establish new pipelines from passive candidates to meet demand for talent
  • Use data-based evidence to address hiring manager expectations about talent markets and recruiting processes
  • Own the whole end-to-end recruitment process

We hope that you have...

  • 8+ years’ full-time experience (after academic tenure completion)
  • Hands-on in hiring preferably in start-ups / FMCG companies / FoodTech domain
  • An expertise in strategising and implementing end-to-end recruitment life cycle
  • Possess solid experience in people management
  • Good stakeholder management experience
  • An innate nature of being a self-starter and go-better (resilience is valued)
  • Keen sense of leveraging data to make decisions on hiring
  • Expertise in managing a high volume of tasks and personalities with finesse
  • Proficient in MS office / Google suite tools for data management & presentations
  • MBA or any other equivalent post-graduate degree
