Ensures major projects follow established timeline. Plan, develop and implement our SEO strategy from scratch till Closure. Work towards organic search optimization and ROI maximization. Regularly perform thorough keywords research. Uncover and fix technical SEO problems with websites. Identify key SEO KPIs, monitor redirects, click rate, bounce rate, and other KPIs. Prepare and present reports regularly. Identify our buyer persona to better target identified audiences. Build and manage editorial / content calendars and bucket for clients Identify problems and deficiency and implement solutions in a timely manner. Suggest improvements in process and productivity optimization. Identify and help execute opportunities to grow client accounts and retainers Collaborate with web developers and marketing team Stay up to date with the latest SEO and digital marketing latest trends and best practices. Requirements Should be able to analyse campaigns from a search standpoint and devise strategies to help increase business online. Should have expertise across clients from different industries across different geographies. Should be able manage a team of search specialists to help clients achieve excellence on search. Should have excellent Communication skills. Experience with a focus on organic SEO, Advance SEO, SEO Strategies and implementation, On Page & Schema Tags. Penalty analysis and recovery assistance a huge plus.
