Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Multi-Skill Technician, based in Egmore. The Multi-Skill Technician will be responsible for performing maintenance tasks, troubleshooting, and repairs across various systems, including electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems. The role also involves conducting inspections, ensuring equipment is in optimal working condition, and following safety and compliance guidelines while collaborating with team members to deliver high-quality facility management services.

Qualifications

• Proficient in electrical, plumbing, and mechanical maintenance skills
• Experience in troubleshooting and repairing technical and mechanical systems
• Knowledge of safety regulations and the ability to ensure compliance with standards
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented setting
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Relevant technical certifications or training in electrical, plumbing, or mechanical systems
• Previous experience in building or facility management is a plus
