- Develop ancillary events and spin-offs to strengthen brand association and longevity.
- Ensure every IP has a defined multi-year growth roadmap and sustainability model.
- Own the Product Deck creation – ensuring clarity, creativity, and commercial relevance.
2. Business Planning & Profitability
Drive achievement of minimum 25% profitability targets for each IP through strategic planning and cost management.Oversee PnL feasibility for each product / event — from ideation to execution.Evaluate product saleability, audience potential, and monetization avenues across sponsorships, ticketing, and partnerships.3. Strategic Growth & Innovation
Define clear KPIs and success metrics for each property and track progress.Innovate continuously to evolve the IP ecosystem and maintain competitive edge.Build cross-functional alignment across marketing, sales, content, and operations teams for smooth execution.EXTERNAL STAKEHOLDER
