Job Description :

• Develop and execute a robust IT strategy that aligns with business objectives and supports growth.
• Develop, monitor, and manage the IT budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources.
• Ensure high levels of motivation and performance within the IT team, facilitating ongoing learning and professional growth.
• Oversee IT infrastructure, including networks, servers, and applications, to ensure stability, scalability, and security.
• Lead and manage in-house software development projects, when applicable, or work closely with external vendors for outsourced solutions.
• Oversee the selection, installation, and maintenance of critical software applications.
• Support the organization in leveraging data analytics to drive business insights and decisions.
• Coordinate with other departments to support their IT needs and ensure alignment with business processes.
• Prior Experience in Supply Chain Automation & Projects upon White Collar Efficiency.
