Job description

We are seeking an ambitious, relationship-driven Key Account Manager for Ad Sales with a proven track record in media and digital media sales. You will be responsible for identifying, pursuing, and closing new business opportunities :

  • OTT (Over-The-Top) platform Ad inventory : This includes live sports properties, GEC Content and various ad formats in the leading OTT Platform.
  • Digital Coupons : Developing partnerships to offer exclusive deals and Coupons
  • Affiliate Apps & Partnerships : Integrating and promoting relevant third-party applications within our ecosystem.

You will leverage your existing network and sales expertise to build strong relationships with potential clients, understand their needs, and present compelling solutions that align with their marketing and business objectives.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Achieve and exceed individual sales targets for digital sales revenue.
  • Acquire new customers, categories and service key accounts for sports media agency sales including TV+ Digital
  • Own the end-to-end ad sales pipeline : prospecting, pitching, closing, and renewing deals.
  • Pitch and package integrated advertising opportunities across media formats (digital, video, events, newsletters, social, audio).
  • Develop custom sponsorship proposals tailored to client objectives and audience fit.
  • Manage agency and brand relationships with a hunter mindset and long-term view.
  • Work with editorial, creative, and production teams to execute sponsored content and campaigns.
  • Track revenue goals, generate forecasts, and maintain accurate CRM records
  • Stay ahead of industry trends in branded content, programmatic, influencer collabs, and native advertising.
  • Ideal Candidate Profile :

  • 3-4 years of proven sales experience in media sales / digital media sales is essential.
  • Demonstrable track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong understanding of the digital advertising ecosystem, including OTT, affiliate marketing, and performance marketing.
  • Strong existing relationships and a robust network with potential clients relevant to digital asset sales are highly desirable.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Diversity candidate will be preferred.
  • Bonus : Avid sportsperson or someone who follows sports is an added advantage.
  • MBA is required
